Cut-through in Padstow

This could be a cut-through to take cyclists on NCN route 32 off the A389

Possible alternative route for cyclists on NCN route 32 out of Padstow

Minimal cycle parking at Padstow Tesco's

Mixed messages - end of a short stretch of shared-use footway provided by housing developers

A short stretch of shared-use footway provided by housing developers comes to an abrupt end.

Drop kerbs in place but no signs that this is a shared-use footway

Cyclists leaving Padstow on NCN route 32 should be able to come this way on the old main road.

This subway should offer a route in to Padstow for cyclists arriving on NCN route 32

This subway should offer a route in to Padstow for cyclists arriving on NCN route 32

There's no indication that this is not a cycle route

Cyclists leaving Padstow on NCN route 32 should be routed this way, on the former main road.

If the speed ramp was aligned with the track this might provide decent access to the footbridge and Wadebridge

This should be the start of a riverside cycle route to the footbridge and Wadebridge

This riverside track could be a useful link

Poor access to the footbridge, Wadebridge - the only alternative to the road bridge

Link from car park to footbridge, Wadebridge

Constrained access to the footbridge, Wadebridge

Cyclists Dismount sign on the footbridge, Wadebridge - the only alternative to the road bridge. What shame they didn't build it wide enough!

Footbridge, Wadebridge - the only alternative to the road bridge

Cyclists Give Way to Pedestrians - if you can find this route, beyond Wadebridge's No Cycling car park, it's a good link to NCN route 32 (the Camel Trail)

No Cycling sign in a car park on what should be the obvious link to a riverside extension of NCN route 32 (the Camel Trail)

Cyclists Give Way to Pedestrians - if you can find this route, beyond Wadebridge's No Cycling car park, it's a good link to NCN route 32 (the Camel Trail)

No Cycling on a car park access road? Ridiculously negative attitude in Wadebridge, where this would be the obvious link to a riverside extension of the Camel Trail.

Sign for NCN route 32 (the Camel Trail) - it would be better to go straight ahead to a riverside route

Cycle stands at the entry to central Wadebridge and sign for NCN route 32 (the Camel Trail)

On-road cycle lanes past the former Wadebridge station on the Camel Trail - it would be easy to provide a decent riverside route here.

Very poor start to the riverside path, Wadebridge - this should provide a link to the Camel Trail

Treluswell Hill (A39) being reduced from two lanes to one uphill as a 'safety improvement' - with any luck there'll be an uphill cycle lane instead.

Several cars left behind shock horror, because the group of cyclists took the load over the 25 passengers allowed without an extra crew-member.

Cut-through in Wadebridge

Quiet alternative route from the Camel Trail into Wadebridge (more or less on the old railway alignment, I think)

The Camel Trail from Wadebridge towards Padstow - passing below the Wadebridge bypass.

Lots of cycle parking at the supermarket at Wadebridge end of the Camel Trail - and three guys on a tandem.

Arriving from Padstow on the Camel Trail you are encouraged to park your bike here and walk in to Wadebridge - lots of bike stands and a modern toilet block to the left.

A long row of cycle stands by the road into Wadebridge from the Camel Trail (they'd rather you parked here and walked in)

Cycle parking by the road north to the Camel Trail

Are these meant to be cycle lanes on Wadebridge's bridge?

Bollards AND a 10mph limit! Pretty safe for cyclists then.

Two routes through Priory Park, Bodmin

If a paved cycle route could be put in across here to Radnor Close (top left) it would take cyclists off a considerable stretch of the A389 coming in to Bodmin.

Short asphalt section in Priory Park - this really should be improved to take cyclists off the A389

NCN3 from Sennen towards Lands End

I can understand not wanting to ride up the hill from Sennen, but I've no idea why anyone would want to dismount and use the path (with some big steps) rather than the road.

NCN3 above Sennen - cyclists are encouraged to use the path rather than the narrow road.

Useful route towards Falmouth University

This should be improved as a proper cycle route

Footway largely given up for cycle parking by the parish church, Falmouth

Three sets of cycle (or motorcycle?) stands in the centre of Falmouth

Motorcycle parking, supposedly, in the centre of Falmouth (there's very little cycle parking outside the centre).

It'd be great to have direct access to the station here.
